Pont Nou
The New Bridge of Camprodón is an old medieval bridge over the River Ter that is located in the municipality of Camprodón (Ripollés, province of Gerona, Catalonia, Spain). It was declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest and is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
A single-arch, stone, double-sloped bridge (called donkey back), which is attached to a defense tower, where the old Cerdanya portal is located. Near the tower there is a vaulted arch that leads to San Roque street. The bridge, whose silhouette is one of the symbols of the town, was restored in 1930, probably by Jeroni Martorell.
